Adaptive Training
Training built around what your body needs today.
Adaptive Training gives children and adults a more individualized way to move and train. Anthony works with people whose needs may not fit a conventional training environment, including people living with chronic illness, and shapes sessions around goals, communication, sensory preferences, and what helps each person take part well.

Start with a free consultation
Understand what helps before training begins.
The consultation gives the client—and a parent or support person when appropriate—time to talk through goals, preferences, sensory considerations, communication, and the kind of environment that may work best.
It also helps determine whether sessions should take place at ATM’s North York centre or through an eligible GTA home visit. A travel fee applies to home visits.
Individual support
The session can adapt without losing its purpose.
Instruction, environment, pacing, and the amount of new material can be adjusted around the person in front of us. The goal is to create a session that is clear enough to engage with and flexible enough to respond when something needs to change.
At ATM
A smaller training environment with room for individual attention.
ATM’s North York centre gives Adaptive Training its own place within a broader movement and wellness setting. The focus stays on the individual session rather than asking someone to fit a rigid group format.
If you are considering Adaptive Training, the consultation is the best place to ask questions and talk through what would help the first session work well.
